PROFESSIONAL CULINARY ARTS DIPLOMA PROGRAMME
Professional Culinary Arts program, designed for the students who want to pursue a culinary career, is an 8 month process with a syllabus based on international kitchen skills. The program offers a certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education .Students spend the first phase of their training in the kitchens of BMS and complete the second phase in the kitchen of a professional establishment as a part of their compulsory internship. Upon completing the course, students who complete the compulsory internship after the program have the right to take BMS exam.
Internship: The compulsory internship program consist of 4 months (96 working days) . Students are made their internship program in our contracted companies or centers with practical applied education in the academic year.
