PROFESSIONAL PASTRY AND BAKERY DIPLOMA PROGRAMME

The Professional Pastry & Bakery is an 8 month program to develop a total understanding of the kitchen while specializing in international the pastry & bakery techniques. Upon the successful completion of the program and the compulsory internship period,the students take the BMS  exams. The diploma  approved by the Ministry of National Education .

Carreer: Graduates of baking and pastry programs might work for restaurants, specialty bakeries or high volume corporations that produce breads, cakes, desserts, and other culinary delights. A baking and pastry arts certificate program could prepare students for the following positions:

  •          Pastry cook
  •          Pastry chef assistant
  •          Retail baker
  •          Commercial baker

Internship: The compulsory internship program consist of 4 months (96 working days) . Students are made their internship program in our contracted companies or centers with practical applied education in the academic year.

Accrediation: Business Management School of Cyprus as Vocational School was established and approved by TRNC Ministry of Education at the date of 24/01/2011 and 481/11 permission.

Associate Transition Policy:
The credits of courses taken  in a sub or equivalent program will be counted if they go to a top program.
