Long-term Professional Culinary Arts program, designed for the students who want to pursue a culinary career, is an 2 year process with a syllabus based on international kitchen skills. The program offers a certificate approved by the  Ministry of National Education .Students spend the first phase of their training in the kitchens of BMS and complete the second phase in the kitchen of a professional establishment as a part of their compulsory internship. Upon completing the course, students  who complete the compulsory internship after the program have the right to take BMS exam.

The first 1 year of practical training takes place in basic education in professional kitchens.   Second year consist of additional advanced training courses aimed at strengthening the dexterity in restaurants serving,provides real customers with understanding, kitchen management, restaurant service standards etc  .

Internship: The compulsory internship program consist of 4 months (96 working days) . Students are made  their internship program in our contracted companies or centers with practical applied education  in the academic year

Accrediation: Business Management School of Cyprus as Vocational School  wasestablished and approvedby TRNC Ministry of Education at the date of 24/01/2011and 481/11 permission. 

Associate Transition Policy: The credits of courses taken  in a sub or equivalent program will be counted if they go to a top program.
